I or a leader will edit this post with any updates in this thread. This thread is accessible from every board and from the link in the updates panel in the info table. You may not mosify this post unless I have asked you to update for me. New updates will be posted at the top of the list.
10/24/09: There is a new board called "Lost Characters"! If you don't want your character anymore then request it be put in this thread so other users can adopt it. There are also some rules to go along with it, so please read those! One character is already up for adoption.

I'm also going to try a new warning system; if you have not been on in more than a week without posting an absense, you will be warned, and after four warnings your account will be banned.
7/20/09: There is a new interactive timeline on the Warriors official site (watch out for spoilers), and the Erins have finally made an official forum! You can find many answers to your Warriors-related questions there, and can ask those questions in the "Ask Erin" board. Also, there is a release date for the new Super Edition and it's very soon: July 28th. Mark your calendars!
7/4/09: Just a small update to say, Happy 4th to all of us Americans! And to also say that two of our members, Hawkpaw and Ambereyes, have made their own sites based off of our beloved COC! Currently, Clans of Valor (Hawkpaw's site), has a banner in the affiliates table. Amber's site is called Clans of Bravery. Thank you, you two! It's a great honor!
6/19/09: I'm back! I will immediately start getting up to date with the site, and become more active. I'm so happy to be back, and I'm ready to start role-playing again. My vacation was fun, but the fun was dampened by the fact that I couldn't be with you guys.
6/10/09: I know it's been a while since I updated and even since I've been on here, and I really do miss COC....I've been extremely busy getting ready to go on vacation! My family and I are going to Philadelphia and NYC for 9 days. I'll make sure to get busy with COC when I get back! While you're waiting for me, please don't leave the site inactive. 4/26/09: I just got back from Vicky's event. I got there a bit late, and got to hear her talk abount the newest book, Sunrise. Unfortunately, I couldn't get my book signed, because, apparently, only people with wristbands that were passed out in the store since yesterday morning, and ran out (probably) a long time before I got there. For a more detailed account of what happened, check out the thread.
In other news, I'm starting the plot/prophecy, that was suggested by Nighthawk, today.
4/24/09 Another month without an update! Sorry guys, I didn't plan for this. Anyway, for those of you who didn't know, Vicky (one of the three Erins) is on tour again this spring in the US (maybe Canada), and I'm going to see her on the 26th! I'm so excited! it's the perfect chance to publicize the site, as well as get my books signed.

3/21/09 Hello everybody, I'm back, along with Sagestar! Our trip was fun, but we're glad to be back, and even more glad that we come home to a weekend instead of a school day! Once I get pictures on my computer I'll think about posting a few, but in the meantime, don't forget about the Gathering! I'll try to get the leaders to post as soon as possible.
3/14/09 I had a hectic week, with a big project due yesterday in school, and worrying about my upcoming trip, that I completely forgot to start the Gathering thread! I have started it now, however, and just like the last Gatheing it will last for three months. Also, Sagestar and I leave on our trip on Monday, so we will not be here for 5 days. I'm very excited!
3/1/09 Sorry for updating a month later, there wasn't much to do during February, but I didn't forget about the site, so don't worry! The Gathering has officially ended and the next one will be March 11. We failed again to has a real Gathering, but we'll keep trying! Also, the third week of March is Spring Break for a few of us on here, and Sagestar and I will be going on a trip to Washington, DC., and New York (in the US, for those of you that might be from other countries). More details about that will be posted when it gets closer. I'm also going to limit the creation of ThunderClan cats, because it has more cats than any other Clan, and we need more cats in the other Clans. It will be limited to Elders and Apprentices only.
2/2/09 This is a very small update, so it'll only be here, in the updates thread. I added a new board, Outdated Threads, where all the old and outdated threads will be thrown. They can be looked at, but you won't be able to post.
2/1/09 Yay, it's February! There aren't many updates this time, sorry. Some of you may have noticed that one of the mini-banners in the "Other Affiliates" box at the bottom of the cBox wasn't showing up. This was because the image was being moved to another URL. It is currently fixed! Yay! Also, I'd like to remind you that the Gathering will end around the end of this month, so we must get postin'!
1/8/09: Happy New Year everybody! I hope you're holidays have been good ones! Back to business, I've updated the Complete list of ALL acceptable name parts thread again, putting the letters of the alphabet before each letter's part so it'll be easier to find a prefix or suffix if you know what letter you want it to start with. Also, I put all the names in alphabetical order within their own parts, and added Kestral and Vole to the prefix section, and Owl to the suffix section. Remember, if you come up with anything you think could make a good prefix or suffix, please don't hesitate to PM me! I have also put a warning at the top of the Medicine Cat Guide, please heed it! I don't think anybody here is going to do it, but I put it there because you never know who is daft enough...
Don't forget to post in the December Gathering thread!
12/19/08: Small update, which is why I'm only adding it to this Updates thread. I updated the extra smilies (the box to the left of the message area when posting) with new smilies and new image URLs, so that you can find what smiley you're looking for just by scrolling through the list (it'll have names instead of random gibberish now).
12/18/08: I've updated the Complete list of ALL acceptable name parts thread, deleting these names from the prefixes list: Autumn, Summer, Spring, and Winter. These names for the seasons are names the Clan cats do not know, therefore they do not work for a name. Also, if you have not heard yet, the Gatherings are extended to 3 months each now. 4 a year. Don't forget to post!
12/17/08: The December Gathering thread has been created and a few leaders have already posted. Please post if you have not posted yet! The only cats that I know of who are allowed to not post are Ravenstar and Duskstar, because they are currently having technical issues. This doesn't mean I will punish you for not posting; StarClan forbid! It just means that they are the only ones I know so far that are having troubles posting. I have also decided to extend the Gatherings; there should be 4 Gathering every year, with each being 3 months long. Eveningfrost alerted me to the fact that role-play time is much slower than normal time, and so suggested this change. This will give everybody more time to post!
11/27/08: Happy Thanksgiving to those in the USA! Today's a day to give thanks for all that you have, whether it is to a God or the world. If you wish to share your thankfulness, check out the What are you Thankful for? thread. In other news, I'm thinking about making another mini banner to link to us with, and the Gathering is still going on!

10/17/08: Well, the Gathering didn't go as planned, but I haven't given up hope! If you haven't already realized, I've decided on extending it for one and a half more weeks. Why one and a half? Because I've also realized that it's best to have the Gathering running for a month or so. Next month it will last for half the month. If you have any comments, concerns, questions, or anything else, please PM me so you can get that out of your system!

9/7/08: ~Extra Update~
Yay! I managed to figure out how to add a Favicon to our site  You'll notice that in the url bar, to the left of http:// is a nifty little icon that says "COC". Now, when you bookmark the site, that little icon will show up on your bookmarks bar! I'll be working on fancy-fying the image, so look forward to something even better!

Okay, I've been bored so I decided to get us a cbox! I managed to get a custom table code also, so that's pretty cool. Please follow the cbox rules so we can all enjoy it!

9/3/08: A small update today! I've decided to change the maximum number of characters you can have. It started with four, now I have changed it to six. Hopefully this will allow everybody freedom to have at least one character in each Clan, plus one.
8/29/08: School's already started for me (and Stormstar)! I'm going to be busy (and Stormstar, especially) so don't be frightened if it's been something like a week and I haven't gotten on. I will try to be on as much as possible! Moving on to the news, I've added a COC FAQ with a few questions you, the members, have had. I'll need your help to make it grow! If you have any sort of question, whether you think it is stupid or not, please PM it to me and I may or may not add it to the FAQ. I'm always happy to answer your questions, and to clear up confusion! Well that was all for today, I guess *shrugs*.
8/19/08: For today I've added a new rule to the Sign Up rules and two new threads: the Complete list of ALL acceptible names and Apprentice Mentoring Guide. The first thread lists all acceptible name prefixes and suffixes for you to put together in the perfect name for your character. The second is for mentors to refer to when mentoring their apprentice as it has everything apprentices need to know before becoming warriors.
8/12/08: Haven't updated in a while, have I? For today I've added a new sub-board in the 'User Creations' board: Miscellaneous. In 'Miscellaneous' you can post the stuff you made that isn't art or a type of writing. I myself have posted my music videos. Also having to do with the 'User Creations' sub-boards, I added a 'Disable right-click on images only' code that also displays a message when you try to right-click on an image to the 'Art' sub-board. This means that the art you post can't be used unless you post the code along with it or you give somebody the code in a PM. This is NOT in affect in the 'Art Shops' sub-board which means that when you post an image you made, you are agreeing that anybody can use it for any purpose, and that there is no way to ensure that you will be credited for making the image.
7/27/08: Okay, so while we've been in maintenance mode, Flamestar and I have been working hard to simplify the boards (the rules especially) and update the default skin. Hopefully the things we've changed make it easier to use the site and also maybe entice more guests to join!

7/24/08: Yay! I've completed a new ThunderClan skin that is separate from the last one, which is now called 'Clans of Courage Forest'. Anyways, I'm working on updating the WindClan skin because now it looks really bland compared to the others

7/23/08: New rule! For the safety of everybody on this site and for the safety of this site as a whole, I have made these guidelines a new rule. I would like everybody to try and follow them now, especially changing passwords, so that we can remain to breathe easily. All my staff MUST change theirs ASAP as they have powers that a cracker could use to destroy this site.
We have all-new skins for all the Clans, except for ThunderClan! Be sure to show your Clan spirit and use the skin for your Clan! You can change your skins by clicking "Profile" at the top of the screen, then "Modify Profile". Scroll down a bit, and you can use the drop-box to select your skin! A new ThunderClan skin is on the way

7/19/08: I've moved all the rules to one board, the Forum Rules board. The sub-boards were getting too complicated, but now all the rules are in one easy to read board. Also, I'd like to remind you that when creating a new character you MUST have the thread named [your cat's name here] of [the Clan the cat is to join here]. You will NOT be accepted until all the requirements are met. Thank you!
7/17/08: There are new threads: the Warriors Naming Guide, WindClan description, and ThunderClan description, all of which can be found in the Clans and Clan Members board. Also, I've updated the Rules of Sign Up again, so re-read them if you are planning on creating a character.

In other news, I also added the Welcome to COC board. The Welcome board should be used to welcome others, announce your arrival to the site, or tell us how you found us. I've also updated the General Rules and Rules of Sign Up so please go back and read them again.
7/15/08: Added the catagory Other RPs along with the boards Quick Warriors RPs, Fantasy RPs, Other Animal RPs, and Sci-fi RPs. If you've had enough of complicated Warriors RPs for a day and just need something different for a while, then you can post in any one of those boards as long as you still keep to the main rules!
7/12/08: Added an Apprentice and Mentor board, along with some Mentoring Rules. Any Apprentices in need of mentors or mentors in need of apprentices should read the Mentoring Rules and create a new thread in the mentoring board. Also added the Clans and Clan Members board. From this board you can learn all about the five Clans and know who is who in each one.

6/1/08: I managed to add some awesome smilies to the site. They are from the site VMKingdom (RIP 2005-2008) that was recently shut down due to VMK (Disney's Virtual Magic Kingdom) closing. I happened to love their smilies, so they let me save them and use them on here. Yay! They had 115 smilies, but I only uploaded 44, which you can see here:
